About Miramar Beach
The Miramar Beach also known as Gaspier Dias Beach is located in the
north of Goa. It is the nearest beach from the Goan capital, Panaji,
just 3 kms away and about 1 km away from Dona Paula beach. It lies
at the place where river Mandovi and the Arabian sea meet. It is a
beautiful beach having soft golden sand, surrounded by palm trees,
almost an extension of Panaji. A perfect destination to spend a
quite evening, watching the Sun saying goodbye.
Just walk down to Miramar from Panaji along the riverfront avenue
called Dayanand Bandodkar Marg and experience nature at it's beat.

Fort Aguada
Fort Aguada built by the Portuguese stand overlooking the beautiful
sea. With mesmerizing architecture and lovely scenic beauty it
invites loads of tourists.
River Mandovi
River Mandovi is an added attraction for this beach which has a
thick grove of shady palm trees forming a dense canopy over the
area.
Beach Activities
Fishing and shopping are some of the activities that are popular in
Miramar. Another activity famous here is bird watching, since many
migratory birds land here.
Getting There
Air: The Dabolim airport in Panaji is just 3 kms away from Miramar
beach.
Road: One can reach Miramar beach within minutes from Panaji. Buses
are available for Panaji. One can hire taxis or bikes also.
